The minimum order quantity is 1 set. However, please note that shipping costs for a single set may be higher. Larger orders benefit from more competitive pricing.
3. Can you design a unique prefab house for me?
Absolutely! We offer bespoke design plans as well as comprehensive construction plans. For large-scale projects, our team will be on-site to guide the installation process. We also provide additional facilities such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and ovens. Enjoy our seamless one-stop service for all your needs.
4. Do you provide on-site installation service?
We offer detailed installation drawings and instructional videos. Additionally, we provide online video guidance. For larger projects, our skilled technicians will be dispatched to the site for installation support. On-site service costs will be negotiated with customers.
5. How do you control the quality of your products? Are the products tested?
Our quality control is stringent, involving professional material engineers, structural engineers, and quality inspectors. With advanced production equipment, we ensure every step meets high standards. Our testing covers aspects such as waterproofing, fireproofing, rustproofing, soundproofing, thermal insulation, wind resistance, and earthquake resilience.

Typically, delivery is within 1-2 weeks after receiving your advance payment, depending on the order quantity.
11. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before delivery. We provide photos of the products and packaging before you pay the balance.
